Position Summary

Carpet Cleaning Technician Job Summary

Our company is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. While we prefer applicants with some commercial cleaning experience, we will provide training if you have a positive attitude and are willing to work hard. This position mainly involves physical tasks, but you must also issue receipts for completed work and provide customer service as necessary. In this role, you will inspect fabrics for signs of wear, perform deep cleaning services, and apply deodorizers. You may also need to move furniture in order to install new carpets or repair upholstery.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect carpet and upholstery for stains and other signs of wear
Provide deep cleaning services
Apply deodorizers
Move or cover furniture as needed
Assist with new carpet installation
Assist with upholstery repair
Assist with tile and grout cleaning
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements and Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
Commercial carpet cleaning experience a plus
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical stamina
Attention to detail
