Position Summary

The COIT Service & Sales Technician is a customer-facing, commission-based position combining professional cleaning and restoration services with consultative sales.

Every customer appointment represents an opportunity to provide outstanding service while identifying additional ways COIT can help the customer maintain, clean, restore, or protect their home or business.

For example, a customer may initially schedule carpet cleaning, but during the inspection the technician may identify a need for upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, air duct cleaning, or another COIT service.

The technician is expected to professionally identify these opportunities, educate the customer, recommend appropriate solutions, present pricing, and ask for the sale.

COIT does not believe in high-pressure selling. Our approach is to understand the customer's needs, educate them about their options, make appropriate recommendations, and earn their business through professionalism and trust.

Compensation is commission-based and tied to sales, completed work, and production volume. This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated and wants the opportunity to increase their earnings through sales ability, productivity, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.
