Paid Search Specialist, Demand Generation in Phoenix
- 3-5 years direct hands-on experience in digital marketing a focus on Paid Search, keyword management.
- Direct handling of paid search account optimization, programmatic advertising and video advertising such as Youtube ads and more.
- Hands on experience with common industry tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Brightedge, Canva etc. a must.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- An advocate for a data backed strategy. This trait will be supported by experience using Excel/Google Analytics to gather and analyze data to inform strategies and optimizations.
- Confidence and appetite for evolving status quo, and willingness to utilize emerging market tools such as AI.
- A self-starter who can work successfully on multiple projects in a fast paced and process-oriented environment, with heavy attention to deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and cross functional collaboration skills a must.
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or the experiential equivalent.

COIT Service Inc., a leader in the specialty cleaning and restoration industry, is currently seeking a full-time Paid Search Specialist, Demand Generation. In this role, you will take charge of partnering with COIT’s digital agencies and franchise system owners with the strategic initiative of increasing demand generation for B2B, B2C and Restoration Services. This position will Architect, implement, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across a range of channels including paid search, programmatic display, and social media; define goals and objectives for both prospecting and nurture campaigns The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core marketing technologies across digital like Google, Bing, and Adwords, with preferred and certifications being a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new keywords on search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) to enhance ranking.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support day-to-day administration of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and strategies with the digital agency.
- Facilitate weekly communication calls with COIT’s digital agency working to improve impression share, CTR %, Conversion % and more.
- Faciliate monthly performance calls with COIT franchisees. Develop strong working relationships with the franchise owners, providing training and support to drive their business growth.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive.
- Drive lead generation through various campaigns and newsletter signup forms.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SEO and SEM, staying updated on the latest best practices and trends in organic search engine optimization and paid advertising.
- Analyze website and Google Ads campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, and conducting regular competitive research on top-performing pages and ad creatives.
