The Vice President of Restoration at Coit Cleaning and Restoration is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's restoration services including water, fire, and smoke damage. · Provide strategic leadership and direction for all restoration operations and sales.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
· Oversee project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of restoration jobs.
· Develop and oversee restoration sales and the sales team.
· Manage the development and growth of water, fire and smoke restoration programs.
· Manage and mentor regional and local restoration teams to achieve performance goals.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
· Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
· Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
