Work Referral Program

Referral

Standard Referral Fee - For each referral made to COIT that results in a paid-in-full invoice, COIT will pay 10% of the total job amount for any referred work completed by our in-house team.

Subcontracted/Outsourced Work - If a job must be subcontracted or outsourced, the referral fee will be 2% of the total job amount. If a job is partially completed in-house, the referral fee will be prorated accordingly (10% for the in-house portion, 2% for the outsourced portion).

Eligible Job Types

Referral fees apply to all services offered by COIT, whether for residential or commercial clients. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Water Damage Restoration

• Air Duct Cleaning

• Carpet Cleaning

• Mold Remediation

• Upholstery Cleaning

Locations

Referrals are eligible for compensation in the following metropolitan areas:

• San Francisco Bay Area

• Seattle

• Los Angeles

• Phoenix

• Minneapolis

• Houston

• Sacramento

• Superior Restoration

Other COIT locations may also honor this program. Please contact us to confirm eligibility in additional markets.

In-House vs Subcontracted or Outsourced Work

We will strive to do any work referred to us in-house, with our own employees. Should we need to subcontract or outsource the work we will let you know as much in advance as we reasonably can.

Exclusions

• No referral fee shall be due for customers already known to or working with COIT independently of the referral.
• No compensation will be paid for unpaid, canceled, or uncollected jobs.
