What to do Before Coit Arrives
We strive to provide exceptional customer service. Please help us by preparing in the following ways:
Please clear all items and breakables away from vents, stairways and furnace areas to allow easy access.
Please allow us access to a sanitary tub or similar basin so that we may clean filters and equipment.
If your vents are painted over, there is a chance that some small chipping may occur around screws. If you'd like us to touch-up these areas after cleaning, please have the appropriate paint available for use.
If you would like us to change your filter while we're cleaning your duct system, please have an extra filter on hand. We also sell satisfaction-guaranteed electrostatic filters; ask any Coit representative for more information.
If your house isn't circuit breaker equipped, please have some extra fuses on hand- just in case.
Please be aware that although we try to account for every vent in your system in the original estimate, there might be an additional charge per vent if we happen to miss a hidden one.
