COIT is a family owned company that is customer-service driven and committed to providing quality cleaning and restoration services to the homes and businesses of Cleveland, Ohio and Southwest Florida.

Coit’s roots are in garment-cleaning companies, which were founded in the 1930s. Over the years, Coit acquired Drapery Masters (1973), joined COIT Services (1991), acquired West Side Carpet Cleaning in 1997 (a 116-year-old oriental rug cleaning company), and Southwest Florida (2011) to expand into the related specialties of cleaning draperies, carpets, area rugs, furniture and air ducts. Joining the COIT franchise community brought the best of two worlds- a locally owned business that understood the Cleveland and Florida markets, and the support of a national boutique franchise system.

COIT Services has always operated under the mission that quality customer service is the key to running a successful business. Our goal is to provide the highest quality, guaranteed service with pride, efficiency and convenience for our valued customers. In order to execute this goal we treat our customer’s drapes, furniture, carpets and other home items as their valuable possessions. We believe that employee and customer interaction should be direct and honest in order to provide the highest quality of service possible.
